Collate

Collate is a note taking application that is built around the Collate Note Format. A plain text, markdown format that's readable with or without the application. This is important for long term archival purposes as well as use in situations where Collate is not available. Collate focuses on the following: - A note format that will last 5, 10, or even 50 or more years into the future. - A note format that anybody can open and browse with a file browser and text editor. - An easy to use and simple interface. - Cross-platform support (Windows, Mac, Linux) - Choose your own sync. Collate doesn't decide if and how to sync your data. That is left up to you. Collate is still in early beta, so keep an eye out for improvements.
