YourStartup.Rocks

Launch OS to turn shipped products into users, outcomes, and learning.

From what I’ve observed, many founders seem to hit the same dizzying moment after they ship: A Notion doc full of “places to launch,” too many browser tabs, a half-written social post, and no clear idea what actually moved the needle. I’ve felt that pain myself, so I’m building Your Startup Rocks — a workspace for turning launch chaos into something more structured. Ideally, traction. Posting it here because Indie Hackers has been a big source of learning for me, and I’d really appreciate honest feedback. What’s inside so far: 🚀 Campaign planning Spin up a launch campaign and it helps generate a phased plan across setup, announcement, push, and engagement - based on your stage, audience, and product type. 📡 Practical integrations The goal is not just another checklist. Some platforms can be published to directly, some can be monitored for signals, and some need assisted/manual workflows. I’m trying to make that reality feel organized instead of chaotic. 🧠 Startup Brain A central memory of your company - positioning, ICP, tone, product details, past posts, objections, goals. The AI uses this context so drafts are less generic and more grounded in what you’re actually building. 📊 Outcome attribution This is one of the parts I care about most. You can log things like signups, demos, revenue events, press mentions, replies, follower bumps, or community engagement, then connect them back to the post, campaign, or channel that likely caused them. The aim is to answer “what worked?” with more than vibes. 💬 More careful AI I’m trying hard to avoid fake growth promises. The AI should say things like “this might resonate because…” instead of pretending it knows something will 10x your launch. 🎯 Recommendations Based on your stage, audience, past content, and platform performance, it suggests where to show up next - not just what to write. 📅 Weekly review + traction tracker A simple ritual for reviewing what happened across channels, seeing the patterns in charts, and using a causality engine to understand what likely drove signups, replies, demos, revenue, or other traction. 🎨 Content workflow Drafts are grounded in your own templates and previous messaging first, with checks to avoid repeating the same angle too often. 🚦 Community workflows Integrations for communities like Slack, Discord, Reddit, and others - so founders can share updates, track conversations, and notice the replies that deserve attention. 💰 Startup perks + tool database A place to discover useful startup perks, credits, tools, and integrations that can help founders move faster without wasting money early. Where I am now: approval-gated beta, onboarding founders one by one so I can learn properly and keep quality high. If you’re launching something in the next 30 days, I’d love to hear from you! 👉 yourstartup.rocks What part would you actually use? And honestly — what’s missing that would make this worth switching from your current launch stack?
