This mobile application was developed and is owned by North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University's Computer Science student: Quinton Askew. As of now, he's a team of ONE! From ideas to uploading it to the App Store, Quinton did it. Xplor was just rebranded from 'Jugg', which was the 1st released version of the app. Jugg was released in October of 2017, and the Xplor update was released last month (September 2018). Xplor has already doubled in downloads in a month.
