Alarm systems only make calls when you are testing it, when there is a false alarm, or when there is an actual incident. This happens only a few times a year but when it happens you want it to be available. With traditional systems, you mostly pay for buildings and for people to sit around waiting on an alarm. Computers don’t get bored, tired, or fall asleep. Because the call volume is low, we can monitor thousands of customers with just a few servers using the latest technologies of VOIP, cloud services, automated call center technologies.
