From observations and interviews we were surprised to learn how complicated payment processing becomes when you move from one person to many, especially when the team is in the field doing work. Once multi-user/team requirement is added, the cost started to increase quickly for small businesses. Thus, we wanted to create a safe, inexpensive, multi-user payment pattern. Venmo for business if you will. And, we have been able to do this successfully. We removed any contact during payment: no touching of credit cards, pens or devices (even for debit cards). We also reduced the cost for implementation, terminal fees, and user licenses. Finally, we improved revenue capture: allow payment at point of service even support for partial offline operations without a network. Thus, we have an immediate impact: Our services immediately allow safe distance processing of payment, capture and process add-on revenue, improve data security and connect automatically to marketing efforts to drive future revenue. Our ideal customer would be a business with field operations/services with multiple users that need to collect payments. Examples are: Home health care, cleaning business, pest control or even restaurants. We believe that business must find a solution like ours to continue operating. Employee & customer safety is paramount and an immediate benefit. Our belief is that current technology is costly and complex with unnecessary hardware requirements like RFID terminals for merchants. In contrast, we reduce cost, improve revenue, and increase safety. In short, we believe this is the team payment tool for today.
