WrkVibe is a Job Insight platform which measures 10 critical workplace metrics for a given job based on the set of responses to certain questions that employees answer. The reviews posted by people are anonymous and the metrics calculated are average scores of all the reviews posted. WrkVibe is not a traditional Job Review site where people give long and often emotionally heightened reviews. Unlike traditional review sites focussing on textual reviews and salary data WrkVibe aims to bring out hidden and often hidden factors like Autonomy, Nature of Work, Team Relations, etc. for a job.
