WP Theme AI is born due to the years of problem we faced. We are website design company called ZIZSOFT Limited in Hong Kong who only design & develop base on WordPress over a decade. We’ve served over 350 customers for WordPress and WooCommerce website. There is always a pain point of the entire business flow for this website design company. The pain for design process back & forth and the pain that customer changed the preference in the last stage of the development. Although we’ve told customer that once the design phase is confirmed, they have to wait until the coding part is done before further design adjustment. But this never work as a plan as customers get more demanding from time to time and we as a service provider want to do our best to make customers happy so that sometimes we do need to make design adjustment during the coding phase. Sometimes I’m not sure whether I called that as design adjustment but completely revamp. Neither the adjustment or entire revamp, It’s still extra work and that’s why we want to build a product which can make the entire design process a lot faster. That’s how WP Theme AI is born. Also, there’s another pain point we have which happened to a lot of the WordPress developer or designers. We normally buy a premium theme base on the demo data as it looks awesome. In order to really use the customer data like logo, text and image to become that awesome look, it seems a really long journey and this is also why we build WP Theme AI to bridge the gap specifically for WordPress website to have an awesome design with their own data in 5 minutes. So companies can actually have revamp design more often and will not feel like a tough work as they could literally see their content with the theme instead of blind fold to make a decision on which theme is better. These are the 2 main reasons why we build WP Theme AI as we are actually the WordPress users with years of experience so that we do know how other WordPress designers / developers feel.
