World Watches is a company located in the northern of Sweden founded by Emil Svensson in 2017. Our mission and goal is to change the current watchmaking industry with our high-end timepieces uniquely designed from our hearts to affordable prices. ________ The idea of World Watches started in July 2016 as a reaction to the market's lack of qualitative watches that stood out of the crowd and didn’t cost a fortune. Our founder Emil, as a big traveler, was looking for a quality watch and had a specific design in mind, a timepiece with a world map in the dial. He couldn’t find it on the market at all. Many of the watch brands looked very similar to each other and the price of the watches were highly marked up despite its poor quality. A quality watch for daily use under 500 € seemed impossible to find. We started researching about making our own timepiece and found out that it was possible to make a watch that matched our demands on quality, design and price. Which led to the birth of Wor
