We’re a software technology company based in Toronto, founded in January 2018 by a team of entrepreneurs in the Next 36 program. Our mission is to save millions of hours of productivity wasted every day in HR. We use modern natural language processing technologies, Slack integrations, and AI features to empower a HR employees to focus on the most important tasks. 2/3 of employees do not know where to find answers to common, repeatable questions. When employees don't know where to look, they turn to HR for answers. This is why 72% of HR employees answer questions after work hours and why 76% of all HR employees feel stretched too thin. Workbud helps automate the things HR managers do not have time to get to during the day.
