The essential information (such as taste) has been simplified so both new and experienced wine drinkers no longer need to guess if the wine will suit their personal tastes. Here’s some of the things we did to make it really simple to choose wine: 1. Simple taste ratings - Sweetness, Acidity (Sourness), Strength (Bitterness/Tannins) - the major flavours associated with wine, that the human tongue can taste 2.
