Weezie is a Portuguese Startup, born in January 2018. Weezie develops, between others, the FIBERCLOUD WEB and MOBILE SYSTEMS. FIBERCLOUD is an All-in-One Solution for FTTx Deployment Projects, designed to Automate and Optimize all the steps of network projects regarding their Planning, Design, Construction, and Inventory. Our Fibercloud platforms deliver the network data in real-time, and bi-directionally. Recently the FIBERCLOUD solution captured the attention of FTTx network operators in the French market. As a startup with a new product in the market, Weezie needs to gain presence and recognition within the main players in the telecommunications market. Despite the excellent results achieved during this first year of existence of Weezie, with, among others, two reference contracts in France (Altice Lab and TDF). Last year WEEZIE became an FTTH Council Europe Member and now Weezie joined the FTTH Council MENA. These are two of the world’s most important FTTH organizations who recognized the benefits that WEEZIE provides for the Telcom and Utilities Industry. Now Weezie has more clients and, according to the best international practices, is expanding and gathering the best partners to join. WEEZIE was a target of an investment round of over half a million euros, an important recognition of the group's sustainable growth. The operation, which ended in March, was led by Novabase Capital and attended by Busy Angels. The company intends to raise a larger investment allowing to continue to develop this project, continue to grow in the European and African market and enter the American and Asian markets.
