Userwish was built to effectively bridge the gap between companies (the product) and their customers. After working 3 years as a customer success manager for a worldwide software company, I noticed a severed communication line between our customers, the product design team, and the development team. Stated simply - feature requests, bugs, and essential product feedback were not getting to the correct people in the most timely manner. Worse yet, this customer feedback was not investigated or prioritized properly in future updates and releases. Userwish fixes this communication breakdown by providing a place for both company employees AND customers to both share, interact, comment, and vote on the things they want the business to build next. This boosts the customer experience by improving the product in the most needed way, and it helps companies by giving them a customer-driven roadmap to save time and resources building and responding to exactly what matters.
