Treasure is a prepaid debit card for kids that teaches the best practices in personal finance through hands-on learning. The system is built around the Save, Spend, Give model and replaces jar/envelope systems that families use to teach their kids financial literacy. The jar/envelope system has been around for years and still relies on cash to be effective. As cash disappears from our daily lives, the object lesson becomes less and less impactful and convenient.
