We're a group of veteran software engineers releasing a new social app named: Topiks. We’re shooting to launch on the 20th of April, 2020. We wanted to change the old school way of chat rooms. We’ve started working on this app back in 2018 in a small apartment in Torrance, CA. However, responsibilities shifted us away for a couple of years and now we’re back at it. We’ve been doing software engineering for about 12 years now and this app is what we consider the ultimate outcome of our careers. The main motivator is the continuous old-school chat rooms model for mobile chat apps. The app’s elevator pitch: Topiks - Chat. Camera. Topics Topiks is a chat app with a social twist. We leverage the camera to be the center of creating interesting and engaging topics. Users from all around the world get to engage in live conversations over various topics created by other users through the use of photography. Thank you betapage!!
