They agreed to hold each other responsible for not drinking, and now—three years later—both of them still don’t drink. That simple idea became ThrivePact. Instead of relying on willpower alone, you commit to a habit with other people and check in daily. Users create 7-day challenges with friends and track whether they complete their habit each day. This works especially well for goals like fitness, such as committing to daily pushups and squats, or lifestyle habits like reducing sugar, avoiding alcohol, meditating, or reading. By turning habits into a shared challenge, ThrivePact adds accountability and support, making it much easier to stay consistent.
