Designed to monitor small and medium teams, Team Analytics enables companies to take a data-driven approach in improving office environment. With its straightforward feedback and reporting system, Team Analytics makes it ridiculously easy to follow mood swings and track conflicts reported in your monitored departments. Team Analytics was created to become a simplistic, zero-effort employee feedback platform that enables fully anonymous feedback for employees - and a secure, robust monitoring platform for employers. The idea of Team Analytics was first envisioned in late 2017, when Daniel was visiting companies as a management consultant. Seeing a number of corporations on a regular basis, he noticed that the performance of an organization largely depends on how employees feel in their jobs. Conflicts, poor work procedures and bad managers are the most common factors behind employee disengagement and high separation rates. Observing this closer, Daniel begun to study relevant statistics and interviewed a large number of people from different sectors, from various ethnicity and cultures to understand what really makes or breaks an enjoyable work environment. Team Analytics is built on modern, secure technology. Data is stored and processed in Google GCP Databases, insights are visualized by Google Data Studio.
