TAP began from my own personal frustration of the traditional recruitment methods for the job seeker. I was spending several hours searching for a job, in which I got no feedback or advise on how to improve when I was not successful for the role. Discussing these frustrations, we have identified several problems within the recruitment experience and TAP will be the platform to resolve these. For every company, having the right people in the right place is the key to success. The way a company hires or completes their recruitment process is extremely important and the traditional methods of recruitment are not sustainable in todays climate. We want businesses to think and work smarter, reducing unnecessary tasks and creating a more seamless experience. For jobseekers, there is a lack of feedback, it is hard to monitor the progress of the applications and it is impersonal. With the use of technology at the most time-consuming part of the process, TAP now makes both job searching and hiring more engaging, exciting and enjoyable. Once we identified a number of solutions to the frustrations, we turned these into features for our platform and quickly turned our efforts towards creating the user experience, designing and developing the solution. TAP will now be the first platform that comes to mind when you are job searching or hiring.
