We simplify the hiring process for blockchain startups, and the job-hunting process for developers. A little background: I have been working as a technical recruiter for the past year. After becoming frustrated with the inefficient and non-transparent recruitment process, I wanted to build a platform that would improve the experience for all parties involved. Although I have no engineering background, I developed the platform from scratch with a little bit of help from online communities (and a powerful CMS).
