Swit is a team collaboration suite that has seamlessly combined cutting-edge team communication with high-performance task management. We used to be heavy users of Slack. Our team had used it for more than 5 years and had integrated multiple apps into it like Asana, Calendly, Monday.com, and G Suite. But all we could do with those integrations was just receive text-based notifications in selected channels. Also, there were too many overlapping features among existing single-function products, but none could interact with each other meaningfully. So, we realized this disjointed multi-app environment reduced team productivity and created more communication overhead. That led us to start building Swit using our experience of backend-integrated app building platforms and many enterprise softwares. Our primary purpose for creating Swit is to free today’s professionals from the need to hop between or integrate multiple apps just to use chatting, posting, file management, task management, and email functions. We also created Swit because we believe that lately there has not been any innovation in the mobile Enterprise environment, since mobile devices don’t support APIs or bot-based integrations. This means that the most important features in team collaboration applications (such as file managing, sharing, notifications, and search engines) are still left behind, at least in the mobile aspect of out-of-office productivity apps.
