The world of surviv.io just got a lot saltier: the border of the map is now surrounded by ocean waters. Beware the shallows, as you'll move slower in water and have no cover to hide behind. The new beach area offers far more safety, and two new obstacles. The hedgehog anti-tank obstacle is indestructible and provides great cover from multiple angles. For you treasure hunters, very rare pirate chests can be found on the shore, containing several pieces of high quality booty. And one more thing ... introducing the UMP9 submachine gun! The UMP9 uses a 30 round magazine chambered for 9mm, and is set to fire in 3 shot bursts. This weapon is exceptionally accurate and steady, while also boasting the highest damage per round of any 9mm weapon.
