If you update your website it's recommeneded to let search engines know, that they should revisit your website to download new content. One way is to visit Google and Bing webmaster tools and after some clicking you can resubmit your sitemap. Alternative way is to use this tool and with one click you submit your sitemap to both of them. It also keeps track of your previous submissions, so it's easier next time.
