The auto-generated scripts are stored to Spool workspace right after each Zoom call. When a team member faces a relevant customer case on Zoom or in some of the integrated channels like CRM platforms, Spool detects the topic using keywords and sends to the sales rep a footnote that includes the ideal sales micro-script in order to manage the case in the best possible way.
