We’re a startup rentals-only listing platform built in and based in NYC. We’re independently owned, operated by actual NYC real estate and real estate tech industry veterans, and we only service the 5 boroughs of NYC (for now). We're modernizing the entire apartment rental process and making it more transparent, secure, and as easy as booking a hotel. We believe in free and open listings, so that apartment hunters can always see all of the inventory available to them, not just some of them. No signup fees, no listing fees, and very few restrictions.
