DH Squared Properties LLC purchased 3,664 square feet of office space from Naples Radiologists LLC at 1441 Ridge St., Naples. The purchase price was $540,000. Rob Carroll helped negotiate this transaction. Jim Higgins founded Sorin in 2004 and He is Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Bear Stearns’ CMBS/Commercial Mortgage business, responsible for all capital commitment, new issuance, securitization, secondary trading, structuring and research for CMBS, commercial mortgage whole loans and commercial real estate CDOs. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Higgins was a CMBS trader for Smith Barney and began his career as a commercial real estate lender for American National Bank, a subsidiary of First Chicago. Mr. Higgins earned an M.B.A. from the University of Texas and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
