The main aim of our solution is to provide a better post-purchase experience. During the initial stages of development, we were able to figure out that only the e-commerce giants offer complete order/shipment tracking solution like(notifications, email, SMS, tracking page, etc) and these were for orders that cost anywhere between 1$ to 1000$, but most of the b2b companies out there, ship orders/shipments worth more few thousands and in large quantities, every day.
