Roundme is an iOS and web virtual reality app that allows users to create interactive 360-degree view virtual tours, explore different locations across the world through Hotspots and share them with the community (contributors, travellers and photographers) through Portals using any VR headsets. Roundme has a broad field of usage: photography, real estate, marketing, travelling, design and architecture. Roundme was officially released on 17 June 2014 and now encounters more than 150 000 created tours and more than 350 000 uploaded panoramas. “Best New App” on Apple’s iTunes in February 2015. Roundme raised a $3 million round led by April Capital in 2015, reportedly by TechCrunch.
