Roti.express is a French startup, a member of the HappyTech collective, and it is accelerated at Station F. As we at Roti.express are convinced that efficiency and well-being in the workplace are not mutually exclusive, we aim to fight the “meeting-mania” that is rampant in many companies. This causes a considerable loss of time and efficiency and also chronically demotivates employees, who show signs of anxiety and stress under too much pressure and may even end up quitting their jobs. We have developed a way to gauge the value of a meeting by looking at how each participant experiences it and gathering the info about this on our digital platform, thus starting a useful feedback process: - Employees who endure certain meetings find it empowering and liberating to have (at last) the opportunity of suggesting improvements and of perhaps being able to initiate changes; - Managers and meeting facilitators can use this bottom-up feedback to start a continuous improvement process.
