ROOTE is a multimodal platform that offers solutions to mobility players. Today, traveler's information has become crucial. We are developing an API which will be the cornerstone of this project; this tool helps ROOTE's platforms operating. The purpose of this project is to gather mobility data and some other services (AED for instance) from all over the world to provide users with all the information and for operators to get some feedback about users use via interactive and friendly platforms. Our API will mostly be used to share transports schedules in a standard format and in real time. ROOTE is the first real time API giving transports schedules and gathering as much mobility data. This API gathers information from 678 cities in the world and is available for our re-users that also wants to share data information. Our solutions: conversational assistant, dematerialized ticketing system and dashboard are operating all together thanks to this API. ROOTE, through its conversational assistant is the first re-user of its own API. This conversational assistant is a multi-platform tool available on instant messaging such as Messenger and Telegram.
