We are Aloha Software, LLC and what is the Software we are developing? This SaaS (Software as a Service) is being created to manage the renovations of entire Multifamily (Apartment) unit renovation projects and Hotel room renovation projects. Microsoft Project and others like it are project management software’s designed for large to small construction projects, but there is currently nothing designed for the management of repetitive unit/room type of projects. These projects consist of the same tasks being completed in each unit/room and each one needs its own schedule of tasks.
