Rennie - The Ren Fest App is an app for visitor enhancement at renaissance festivals across America. The app is designed to have a basic version and three features that can be upgraded. Providing the user with complete control over which features they want to upgrade for each festivals they want to see. The Rennie app allows visitors to see their local fair and the surrounding fairs in neighboring states, providing general information about each fair. The event schedule feature basic version has all shows and events at the fair listed in static format by time. The upgraded version allows filters by show, stage, and artist, and has an alert reminder. The basic map version is the same PDF you would receive at the festival gate, while the upgraded version is an interactive map with the ability to mark locations, and get directions. The wish list feature is upgrade only and allows the user to take photos and keep items in a filtered gallery, for return visits or online shopping.
