While online parts trading was the founding idea, the focus shifted to the technology itself, because we see the lack of digital tools as the biggest hurdle for our vision of the networked factory. We ourselves believed that it made no sense to type the text from e-mails and that it had to be possible to calculate, plan and derive NC programs automatically. We see ourselves as an intermediary between your company and the digital world. With Automation Pro, we want to deliver a practical, complete solution for manufacturing companies. The spectrum of Automation pro inlcudes classic ERP and CRM features and integrates them with production software. As a result the manufacturing company is able to mange: Customers, emails (email import), accounting and invoices, calculation, hourly rates and costcentres, machines, articles and drawing files (3D Viewer included), planning of the production as well as controlling it and keeping the overview, shipping (over 100 delivery services attached via API), postcalculation, quality assurance, supplieres, purchasing and stock. So probably everything that you thought of - in one simple system - and even more: You control your complete factory (or factories) right from your phone. And for some customers we automate the generation of manufacturing programs for CNC machines (automated CAM) - currently for milling, turning and also measuring. We use the latest web technologies (NodeJS, Angular, MongoDB, cypress.js, Docker) to enable the rapid development of the software. Providing one single software system allowing you to collecting all possible complex data of a factory, we enable the efficient use of more sophisticated technologies (AI, big data, etc.). Would you like to have the latest technology for your factory? Visit our website and we'd be happy to assist you.
