Our startup RampUp, develops a virtual assistant called Axel. The latter supports managers on a daily basis. Management problems are the main cause of resignation and underperformance at work. Axel then helps managers to implement standard best practices, guides them in their key managerial actions (e.g. performance reviews) and automates low value-added tasks. The version currently on the market focuses on a central managerial act: offering a successful integration experience to new employees (onboarding). We found that the main problem with the integration experience lies in the shortcomings of managers. They do not know how to manage this key step and do not allow enough time for it. The other modules are currently in beta-testing. After less than a year of existence, our Axel virtual onboarding assistant is now deployed in fast-growing start-ups such as Algolia and large groups (Air Liquide, GEFCO, FDJ...) with major talent retention challenges. Note: we passed through the American Techstars accelerator in September 2018. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator
