We designed this app with the idea of a simple and friendly user interface, where all interactive area is easy to reach with one hand. The main idea is to provide all the features to improve a person's life in three key areas which are water in-take, exercise and sleep. We offer a water tracker and reminder that tells how much water your body needs, an exercise scheduler to never forget which routine to do today, and a sleep tracker that tells your needed hours of sleep and uses motion data to track your slept hours and saves it into the Health App and its sleep analysis where is shown with more detail. The water feature tells users the recommended amount of water they should drink according to their weight. By recording their water in-take users can learn if they are drinking enough water to achieve their goal. With the notifications on users can be reminded for when to drink and what amount.?? The exercise feature is mainly an activity/exercise scheduler that allows users to create and schedule their own personalized exercises as they wish. Also there is the option to set reminders for when to do their exercises. The sleep feature allows users to learn the needed hours of sleep according to their age. Also if users allow it the app can track their sleep approximately using motion data from user’s devices.
