We do this by providing free useful tools, resources and guides that we hope you find engaging to use. Why we feel Propxrty is needed We see a lot of room for improvement with the property industry. Improvements to the properties that home buyers, families and property investors are choosing to buy, the loans they take out, the amount they spend on property, how they maintain their properties and ultimately when and how to sell their properties. Even more serious than that, we see: - some homeowners are a rate rise or two away from foreclosure and losing their homes younger generations are priced out of the market - bad building practices resulting in poorly constructed homes - families financially struggling every month because of the mortgage repayments on their homes - uncertainty of where and when to buy real estate to live in or as an investment - lack of knowledge of the process of buying, selling and owning property resulting in being taken advantage of by bad operators in the industry
