We provide a portal capable to make assessment and profile. It is integrable in other existing solutions. It works on API. This portal is capable to assess, match and outline individuals insights. Imagine a living sharing space (coworking, co-living) where users using to balance private, working and community life. In order to find a balance between any persona hemisphere and the relation inside the community spaces, Proova is able to make assessments. Once the personality of the individual is outlined our specific algorithm is able to match, according to settable requirements, to the best pairing and grouping system. This guarantee to the community managers a smart solution, in terms of time and cost and last but not the least a higher community value. Once all the users are assessed and profiled the community manager is able to make a sensible approach to outline all community service and activities most suitable for their clients. All those operations are done in accordance with existing regulations in terms of Data Privacy. The matching algorithm provided is the result of a study and implementation led by a pool of Psychologists. It is based on common theories of matching implemented by case studies leaded.
