Peppermint

Peppermint is a ticket management system that would have a open source alternative and web based cloud provided enterprise version. The open source project has already had nearly 3k downloads and has been tried over 10k on our demo. We are looking in the near feature to continue our roadmap to increase features to the open source project before starting to add windows clients and mobile apps to further increase the usability. After this, the end goal is to create a saas app which would be hosted by ourselves with increase features etc.
