The PEN project started with our firm belief that everyone has interesting stories or ideas to tell. Would it not be fascinating if all of us could share our findings by means of high-quality books? Currently, publishing a book involves a large team of editors, designers, publishers, and promoters. This results in a complexity and cost that discourages many talented writers from sharing their findings with the world. We aim to encourage publishing, and this drives us to develop PEN: a cloud platform that brings together all involved parties (writers, designers, publishers, promoters), so that the writing and publishing experience becomes more enjoyable and streamlined. PEN will be a web-based platform. This means that it will run from within your browser, and that no additional software installations will be required. The only requirement to start writing with PEN will be a free account registration.
