ParStar is an EdTech platform that appeals to the issue of active engagement in larger classrooms by giving every student the opportunity to participate. The teacher is given a suite of tools including real-time polls, self-grading quizzes, a forum equipped with a voting system, and a note-taking tool that records everything for the teacher. ParStar is made by students for everyone in a classroom so it is continuously being improved and we are always open to feedback. ParStar will always be an ongoing project but the goal is to approach a perfect EdTech platform that gives the teacher every tool they need while remaining easy to use.
