Parklee is a service that allows for just that by creating a dynamic community of homeowners, with occasionally vacant driveways, and drivers, that are in need of parking near these lots. By doing so, Parklee works to tackle the troubles of finding parking in a city while simultaneously providing homeowners with the potential for a new, passive revenue stream... Finding parking, especially in big cities, is never a breeze; so we at Parklee found an innovative solution for this everyday issue. Our idea is to connect drivers searching for parking with spots listed by homeowners through our iPhone and Android compatible app. Bridging these two groups allows them to engage in a mutually beneficial transaction; homeowners receive compensation for providing access to their driveways, and drivers are given a convenient method to park.
