Our website, later to be developed as an app, plans to consolidate college housing listings so that students don’t need to use multiple websites in order to find housing to rent by their Universities. Aside from having listings on our website, PadLink.com will also keep tenants and landlords/property managers connected so that users can more easily communicate, submit maintenance requests, and ultimately make payments and sign leases online. In addition, we are developing an intricate rating system so that there is more transparency when renting off campus housing.
