This app helps the dentist to have a initial assessment of their patients before they come to the clinic. The patient is asked for clicking of a set of photos which is guided on the App only. Apart from this the patient is asked for a questionnaire which helps in finding a differential diagnosis of the problem without the physical presence of the patient. Also the patient can pin point and mark the area of the concern. A summary at the end is generated and is sent to the Dentist portal of the app. The uniqueness of the app is the Unique code which connects the patient with their existing practitioner. When the dentist logs in he can very well see the summary and give a response accordingly. Which might include either a prescription or an instruction he would like to give to the patient. There is also a provision of communicating if there is any more requirement from the dentist to the patient. Once the dentist submits the prescription and/or the instructions, a notification regarding the same is sent to the patient, and so that they are able to see the prescription in their portal. Once a prescription or a instruction is sent then only the ticket of the case is closed.
