I'm a 13 years old developer from the Netherlands. I am currently working on this cool form builder. This will be an easy way to create your custom form. Most form builders will host your forms theirself with their branding (logo, name, etc) on the form and you'll probably need to pay for extra features. That's not the truth with this form builder! My form builder is completely free, and you're allowed to remove the branding without extra fees. You can host it yourself so you are able to seamlessly integrate it with your site. You'll get complete access to the code and you're allowed to modify it. But it's not necessary to modify or add code, because the form generator will create a fully working form with a design and processing system. It's really handy and easy to use for developers and for non-developers!
