We sell a software-as-a-service solution that increases sales and profitability of family entertainment centers (bowling centers initially) thru a real-time reservation system. 95% of all domestic bowling centers still utilize a paper based reservation system. This system misses market opportunities, wastes personnel time managing these systems due to poor human coordination and communication. End customers are also increasingly mobile savvy and want to schedule their activities versus waiting until being called (up to 4hrs). Our software automates the processes of reservations, yield management and retains customers through transparency. Our cloud-based software platform is hosted at Heroku and Stripe is our payment gateway system with enterprise class security, backup and recovery. We are initially targeting the 5,000+ bowling centers nationally, each with a potential average spend of $1800-6600/month on these types of systems.
