Nice Ice

I started working on Nice Ice to provide a simple and easy to integrate widget for developers and maintainers of small websites and products to gather idea validation, bug feedback and feature requests. The whole point is it gives you a single script tag to put into your web application. All that’s required is google authentication for a free, no obligation trial which will let you view up to 15 pieces of feedback for free. With that you get access to the same widget found attached to the bottom of the website. You’ll receive a email when you receive any feedback as well as access to a dashboard for deep diving into details including user device information (device type, OS, browser version). Coming soon are AI powered features to help categorise the feedback you receive - as well as a way of actioning each piece of feedback into a roadmap. Bug reports come with a slew of user data so you’ll know more about what kind of device and configuration your user had when they encountered and reported the bug. The price is also set at $5 per month for an unlimited pro account allowing users to collect as much feedback as they want. Nice Ice can be used for sites of all shapes and sizes but I wanted to build something that tiny indie devs could use and not have to worry about paying for.
