We have a portal where startups can enter their need for IT-Nerds with certain qualification and IT-Nerds can upload their profile with their skills to find a innovative suitable job. For this process we will develop a machine learning algorithm to fully automate the matching process between both parties. Usually startups have a huge need for employees with programming and other IT skills. But they have huge issues to find the right people for the job. Additonally there are massive of IT-Geeks who are looking for innovative and dynamic jobs but never get in touch with the startups.
