Natant is a lean HR platform focused on helping small teams grow. Having worked at several early stage start-ups and scale-ups, we know the growing pains associated with being time-poor and super busy with an ever expanding team. Moving from Excel sheets and folders of sensitive documents over to an HRIS feels like a lot of work, that no-one has the time to invest in. However, to scale easier and faster it is so important to have everything in one place.
The current features are:
1. People management: One centralised place to store all of the information for your whole team. You can create departments and teams to represent your current structure.
2. Easy onboarding: When a new team member is added, they are sent an online form to provide all of their information. You can also create checklists of tasks for admins, managers and members so that nothing gets forgotten!
3. Time-off requests: Team members can request time-off through the app for manager approval. The calendar allows you to create different leave policies, and see each persons allowance.
4. 1-1 reviews: The 1-1 review feature helps to ensure that team members and their managers are aligned and meeting their goals.
