We're Mental Clutter, an app that uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to help you overcome your anxiety, depression and panic. What we've got right now is a beta, and we're desperately in need of people to come and tell us what they think of it! We also walk you through the basics of mindful thinking and meditation, and eventually will have talk therapy functionality!
