Meetgeek is a virtual meeting assistant that integrates seamlessly with the current workflow of the company and doesn't require changes in work patterns. Users only need to link their Zoom or MS Teams accounts and Meetgeek will automatically join their meetings as a regular participant. During meetings, participants can interact with the meeting assistant through voice commands to create tasks or trigger automation workflows. At the end of the meeting, participants receive an email with the meeting outcome, containing the video and audio recording, the full transcript, and a summary of the key highlights. Participants can share the full meeting or a 2 min summary with teammates to help them stay in the loop and catch up at their own pace (and avoid attending the entire call). Meetgeek stores all the conversations in a searchable web-based repository so users can conveniently navigate past conversations or search for specific words.
