In Meep, we believe that you are how you move. Before the creation of Meep, our founders thought about the way we currently commute and move around our cities. City transport can be inefficient, congested and above all, disconnected with a big problem of pollution. Wait and arrival times are not updated in real time or aggregated into one location, making transport unreliable. This lack of integration leaves transportation ill-equipped to accommodate the needs of rapidly expanding cities and their growing city populations. To offer solutions to these problems, we are developing Meep. Meep was born in 2017 to transform the mobility paradigm through MaaS (Mobility as a Service). Meep is a single urban mobility app that provides users access to multimodal transport and sustainable routes based on their preferences. Meep works with cities to provide mobile applications (iOS & Android) that integrate all available modes of transport into a single platform. Users can search for, reserve and pay for trips in one transaction, eliminating the need for several apps. Allows users to combine different modes of transport in one route, establishing new connections and reducing the pain points of transfers. Users can select travel preferences, which Meep incorporates into its suggested routes. Once in transit, users can follow a real-time, step-by-step route guide within the app.
