Lookoutt addresses this by presenting each team member one question daily about the team's goals, roles, processes, and relationships. Monthly, Handshake analyzes responses and provides an insight identifying the team's most urgent challenge, along with two concrete actions to overcome it. Teams can track their health in real time with anonymized, aggregated responses on their dashboard. They can also view anonymized responses across the entire company, helping spot broader organizational trends.
